1. Eligibility for Returns

1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
2. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. We cannot accept returns for:
       – Opened or used skincare products
       -Items purchased during clearance sales or special offers
      -Customized/contract manufactured orders (private label or bulk orders)

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us with your order details.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
